It looks as though the documents are finally beginning to turn up which blow apart Reiman's defense that Galmond is the owner of IPOC and thus a large chunk of Megafon.
It's not as though it is a surprise; Galmond is a truly crap lawyer who rose to prominence as the man who told Reiman et al that he could hide their rape and pillage of the St. Petersburg telecom industry. I can't see Glamond's assertion that his repeated representations to various parties that Reiman was the economic beneficiary of TCI, Telecominvest etc were erroneous going down well with a civil bench judge in the UK.
In a tit-for-tat assault Friedman had a dacha taken away which he privatized in the 90's (also in the MT so no link for you.)
I would imagine that the stakes will rise a little now. So how long will Reiman be supported by VVP - or what kompromat does Reiman have??
