Call a Spade a Spade
In anyone's language this is called Racism.

I live in the US, but I invested in Russia back in 1995. When the Russian market took a tumble due to corruption, people told me to get out. At that point ING Russian was at $5.00 a share. Now it sells for just under $50.00.
Russia is an amazing place.
